I just asked my cousin Elizabeth (who has always been my best friend—there are quite a few photos of us at 6 months old making out) to be my maid of honor over text because I’m at work and she’s studying (she’s in med school) and it needed to happen so it did and we messaged pictures to each other crying and I’m really, really happy because she is my rock and now this day will definitely be the best day of my life.
